📢 From 1 August 2026, your Deliveroo benefit upgrades from Deliveroo Plus Silver to Deliveroo Plus Gold — included with your Ziina Violet membership at no extra cost.
As a Ziina Violet member, you get Deliveroo Plus Gold every month, which includes:
Free delivery on eligible restaurant and grocery orders, with a lower minimum order value
Unlimited 10% credit back on orders of 80 AED or more
Greater savings across eligible restaurants and grocery partners
Where it works
Available across all UAE cities except Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
Who’s eligible
New Deliveroo users can activate immediately. If you already have an active Deliveroo Plus membership, you’ll need to cancel it first.
To cancel an existing Deliveroo Plus plan: open the Deliveroo app → go to your account → Subscriptions → cancel your current plan. Your existing plan will remain active until the end of its billing cycle. Once it expires, come back to the Ziina app to activate your Violet benefit.
How to activate
Open the Ziina app and tap My Violet
Select Deliveroo from the list of benefits
Tap Reveal Code and copy your code
Click on “Go to Deliveroo” to be redirected to Deliveroo to complete activation.
You must follow the instructions provided by Deliveroo in order to redeem the Benefit.
Your Deliveroo Plus Gold membership stays active every month as long as you remain an active Ziina Violet member.

The benefit is non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred
